Speech-to-speech translation

Apparantly scientists made it possible to translate what your saying while you are speaking. Woah this sounds a lot like Star Trek doesn't it? There is no need to learn Vulcan anymore! Unless you don't want implants in your mouth. Well I will keep on using sign language when I talk to people who speak a language I don't know, nobody is going to put electrodes in my mouth.
